In July 2026, a random inspection was conducted on a potato peeling machine designed for fruit and vegetable peeling and washing at our production workshop.
After 72 hours of continuous operation, the equipment experienced no downtime failures, and the wear rate of the brush rollers was only 0.12% — far below the industry average of 0.3%, demonstrating the machine’s outstanding durability.
The material test report submitted for inspection shows that all food‑contact parts of the equipment are made of 304 stainless steel, complying with the Chinese national standard GB 4806.9‑2016 for metallic materials and products in contact with food. The surface is polished with no dead corners, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance in the future, and fully meeting the compliance renovation requirements of food processing plants.
