Introduction:

Centrifugal Dewatering Machine, or fruit and vegetable centrifugal dehydrator, works with centrifugal force to quickly dry the water attached to the surface of washed vegetables, preparing them for next processing.It is used for vegetable processing, central kitchens, and food factories.

Working principle and process of centrifugal dehydrator:

Loading materials: Load the fruits and vegetables (such as leafy vegetables, root and stem cuttings, mushrooms, etc.) into the built-in rotation drum. The rotation drum is made of 304 stainless steel material, with dense small holes or covered with a filter screen on the drum wall.

High speed rotation: Under the action of centrifugal force, the water attached to the surface of fruits and vegetables is thrown towards the outer shell through the small holes on the rotating drum and discharged.

Slow down and discharge: After dehydration is completed, the equipment is controlled by a frequency converter to slow down and stop rotating. The food materials are discharged from above after lifting, or the bottom opening of the drum is opened to discharge from below.
