Introduction of gas double jacket pot:
Gas jacketed cooking pot is a commercial cooking equipment works with liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas as energy sources. It has stronger firepower, faster heating, and usually lower operating costs.
Working principle: The burner directly burns gas at the bottom of the pot, producing flames that directly heat the bottom of the pot, the firepower is very direct and rapid.
Material: Any part which contact with food is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel.
Ignition and control: Equipped with electronic spark ignition device, easy to operate.
Safety device: equipped with flameout protection device (to prevent gas leakage).
Discharge type: Most models are tilting type, which easily discharge the materials from the pot through a hand crank.
