Introduction:
Hot water blanching machine is the core equipment in the pre-treatment process of fruits, vegetables, meat and other foods. Its main function is to treat materials with high-temperature hot water for a short period of time, inactivate oxidase, prevent browning, and kill some microorganisms, laying the foundation for subsequent freezing, drying, or canning processes.
The blanching machine heats the water to a set temperature (usually 65 ℃ -100 ℃) through a heating system(Steam or electric heating source). The food materials enter the hot water tank through a conveyor belt and stays in the hot water for a certain period of time (usually tens of seconds to minutes) to complete color protection, withering, softening and other treatments.
