1. Initial processing
Manual sorting: The operator will remove Rotten and spoiled vegetables.

Peeling and washing: Root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots need to be peeled and cleaned by a peeler first.

2. Cutting
According to pre-set sizes, cut leafy vegetables into shreds, and cut root vegetables into shreds, slices, or cubes.

3. Washing and sterilization
Remove sediment and impurities by vortex water flow. Ozone can be added into the cleaning water for sterilization.

4. Dewatering

5. Weighing and packaging
