Salad Vegetable Production Line

Salad vegetable production line is a highly automated and standardized processing system used for processing ready to eat raw vegetables.


Core processing and corresponding equipment:

1. Initial processing

Manual sorting: The operator will remove Rotten and spoiled vegetables.

Machine: Sorting table.

Peeling and washing: Root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots need to be peeled and cleaned by a peeler first.

Machine: Brush peeler washer.


2. Cutting

According to pre-set sizes, cut leafy vegetables into shreds, and cut root vegetables into shreds, slices, or cubes.

Machine: Vegetable cutting machine.


3. Washing and sterilization

Remove sediment and impurities by vortex water flow. Ozone can be added into the cleaning water for sterilization.   

Machine: Vegetable vortex washer (high+low).


4. Dewatering

Remove surface moisture of the cut vegetables with centrifugal dewatering machine which has high-speed rotation.

Machine: Centrifugal dewatering machine.


5. Weighing and packaging

The cut vegetables will be filled into the packaging boxes or bags after precise measurement.

Machine: Vacuum packaging machine(Or other packing machines).
