Working Principle:

Vortex washing: Works with clean water to create a strong vortex inside the machine, causing the material to spiral with the clean water in the cleaning tank. The impact force of water flow removes dirt and impurities attached to the surface of the food materials.

Hydraulic conveying: After washing, the food materials are pushed forward by hydraulic force to the vibrating conveying sieve, achieving continuous discharge without the need for chains or belts, so reduce the mechanical damages.

Vibration drainage: The food materials enter the high-frequency vibration conveying sieve, where surface moisture and residual impurities are removed through vibration while being conveyed forward.
