Sausage Production Line

Sausage production line is a complete line composed of multiple equipment arranged in the process sequence, with different mechanical functions corresponding to different stages.


It mainly consists three major categories:

Raw material processing equipment

Vacuum tumbler machine: Dynamic pickling is carried out through vacuum rolling, allowing seasonings and moisture to quickly penetrate the meat filling and shorten the pickling time.

Meat grinder: Cut large pieces of meat into small pieces or granules.

Bowl cutter: Rotate the blades at high speed to repeatedly chop, stir, and emulsify the raw meat, thereby improving the taste and elasticity of the sausage.

Meat mixer machine: Mix the ingredients and refined materials evenly to increase various flavors and tastes.

Filling and tying equipment

Sausage filler machine: Fill the meat filling into the sausage casing, hydraulic sausage filler machine is mainly used in this case.

Sausage tying machine: Works with food grade wire tying which is firm and not easy to loosen, suitable for next smoking or drying process.

Maturation and packaging equipment

Smoker machine: Integrated functions of steaming, smoking, and drying, with computer control of temperature, time, and humidity.

Packaging machine: Vacuum packaging machine is used for packaging to extend shelf life.

Sterilizer retort: Through high-temperature sterilization, it solves the problem of secondary pollution and increases the shelf life of products.
