Working Principle:

After the materials enter the hopper, it moves forward under the push of the screw shaft. As the pitch gradually decreases and the root diameter gradually increases, the pressure on the material continues to rise. The juice is squeezed out of the hopper and filtered through the tube sieve, while the residue is discharged from the end.

Technical features:

Compression ratio control: By adjusting the volume ratio of the spiral groove at the inlet and outlet ends, the juice extraction efficiency can be optimized.
