Water bath pasteurizer is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the cooking temperature and speed can be set according to the process requirements.

The machine works with water bath principle. The water temperature is automatically controlled by the temperature controller, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.

The machine works with various heating methods such as steam heating and electric heating. 

The pasteurization machine can be designed according to different products, capacity and process requirements to meet the different food materials.

Features of bath pasteurizer:

1. The temperature of pasteurization can be adjusted from room temperature to 100 degrees Celsius, suitable for different process requirements.

2. The sterilization time is adjustable, it is controlled by the speed of the conveyor belt which can be adjusted through frequency converter.

3. The heat source of this machine are steam, electric heating, and thermal oil furnace. Steam is currently the most commonly used one.

4. The machine is made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel, except for the motor and transmission parts.

5. Sizes of the equipment are customized, the appropriate sizes are designed based on the sterilization time, output, sizes of packaging bags, etc.

 Applications:

The pasteurizer is suitable for the sterilization of pickled vegetables, dairy products, beverage products, tofu, jam, fruit puree,mayonnaise,crab meat and other foods,mostly for foods packed in soft bags/pouches,and also available for some foods packed in cans.
